Ingredients 

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Blackberry Filling

  • 4 cups blackberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and sugar for the crumble topping. Add the cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In another bowl, mix the blackberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch for the filling.
  4. Pour the blackberry mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blackberries.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
