Blackberry Compote Sauce Recipe
A simple and delicious blackberry compote sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Blackberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir occasionally and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
