Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Cooked rice
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add black beans, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by layering rice, beans, salsa, and cheese on each tortilla.
