Bistecca alla Fiorentina
A classic Tuscan dish featuring a thick-cut T-bone steak, simply seasoned and grilled to perfection.

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg T-bone steak about 2.2 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
- 2 sprigs Rosemary optional
1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
2. Rub the steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
3. Place the steak on the grill and cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the internal temperature reaches 130°F (54°C).
4. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with rosemary if desired.
