Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter melted

Topping

  • cup Bisquick mix
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon butter firm

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: ⅓ cup Bisquick mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, and firm butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the batter in the pan.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
