Bisquick Coffee Cake Recipe
A simple and delicious coffee cake made with Bisquick.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter melted
Topping
- ⅓ cup Bisquick mix
- ⅓ cup brown sugar packed
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon butter firm
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased 9-inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: ⅓ cup Bisquick mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, and firm butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping mixture over the batter in the pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
