  • 4 Hash Browns Frozen, thawed
  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin and press the hash browns into the bottom and sides of each cup to form nests.
  3. Bake the hash brown nests for 15 minutes until they start to brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the hash brown nests and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
