Biga Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Water Room temperature
- ¼ teaspoon Yeast Active dry or instant
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and yeast.
Mix until a rough dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours.
