Ingredients 

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter cold and cubed

Berry Filling

  • 4 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar. Add cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In another bowl, mix berries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berries.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
