  • 4 cups Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and half of the sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar.
  4. Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the berry mixture over the batter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
