Berry Chia Pudding
A simple and healthy berry chia pudding recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1 cup Mixed Berries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir the pudding and top with mixed berries.
