Berry Cheesecake Parfait
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert with layers of creamy cheesecake and fresh berries.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream whipped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
Layer the cream cheese mixture, graham cracker crumbs, and berries in parfait glasses.
Repeat layers and finish with a layer of berries on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
