Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a baking pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
Pour over crust. Top with berries.
Bake for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting into bars.
