Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Bell peppers tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 cup Cooked lentils
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes canned or fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each bell pepper with the lentil and rice mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
