Beet & Goat Cheese Crostini Recipe
Delicious crostini topped with roasted beets and creamy goat cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium beets roasted and diced
- 4 oz goat cheese softened
- 1 baguette French bread sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine roasted beets, goat cheese, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Spread the beet and goat cheese mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
