Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken about 4 pounds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 can Beer 12 oz can
  • 2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Open the beer can and take a few sips (or pour out a small amount).
  4. Place the beer can inside the cavity of the chicken, standing it upright.
  5. Place the chicken on the grill, balancing it on the beer can and its two legs.
  6. Grill for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Carefully remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
