- 1 cup All-purpose flour

- 1 cup Beer
- 1 lb White fish fillets cut into pieces

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
2. Gradually add the beer, whisking until smooth.
3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Dip each fish piece into the batter, then carefully place into the hot oil.
6. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
7. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
