Beef Tips and Noodles Recipe
Hearty beef tips served over egg noodles, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions are translucent.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Return beef tips to the skillet and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and cook until heated through.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
Serve beef tips over egg noodles. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
