Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
