Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or teppanyaki grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper, stir-fry until tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, sake, and mirin. Stir well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
