  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer.
  4. Roast for about 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
