Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Mirin
  • 1 cup Sake
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 Bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 1 Block of tofu, cubed
  • 1 Carrot, sliced
  • 1 Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pack Udon noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until sugar dissolves.
  2. 2. Add the beef slices and cook until they start to change color.
  3. 3. Add the green onions, tofu, carrot, and mushrooms. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add udon noodles and cook until heated through.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
