Beef sirloin

Mushrooms

Beef broth

Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
2. Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
4. Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir well. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
5. Return beef to the skillet and stir in sour cream. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot over egg noodles or rice.
