Beef Stew for the Slow Cooker

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef stew meat
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 3 Carrots, sliced
- 3 Potatoes, diced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
1. Place beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2. Stir in beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and tomato paste.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
