  • 2 lbs Beef stew meat
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 3 Carrots, sliced
  • 3 Potatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste

Instructions

  2. 2. Stir in beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and tomato paste.
  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
