Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add beef cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to your liking.
