Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Beef thinly sliced
  • 200 g Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, bell peppers, snow peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
