Instructions
1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
