Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack over a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack.
5. Bake in the preheated oven until the beef is dry and firm, about 4 hours. Check occasionally to avoid over-drying.
6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
