Beef Bulgogi Recipe
A delicious Korean BBQ dish made with marinated beef.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices until they are fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
