Beef Brisket Ingredients
- 4 lbs Beef Brisket
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 cup Beef Broth
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
