  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and pour the beef broth around it.
  4. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
  6. Let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
