Beef and Noodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz Egg Noodles
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
