  • 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
