Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked navy beans
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Evaporated milk
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 Unbaked pie crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a blender, combine beans, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
