Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Turkey about 12-14 pounds
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the turkey with olive oil.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Coat the turkey with the spice mixture.
Place the turkey on the grill and cook for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
