  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the chuck roast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. 3. Place the chuck roast on the grill and sear each side for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Wrap the roast in aluminum foil and place it back on the grill. Cook for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
  5. 5. Remove the roast from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  6. 6. Serve with BBQ sauce.
