- 3 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Rub the chuck roast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Place the chuck roast on the grill and sear each side for about 5 minutes.
4. Wrap the roast in aluminum foil and place it back on the grill. Cook for 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).
5. Remove the roast from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
6. Serve with BBQ sauce.
