  • 1 lb Chicken Breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. 3. Spread BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. 4. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and sliced red onions.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  6. 6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
