BBQ Beer Can Chicken Recipe
A fun and tasty way to cook chicken on the grill using a can of beer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken about 4 pounds
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon BBQ rub
- 1 can beer 12 oz
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse the chicken inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with BBQ rub.
Open the beer can and take a few sips (or pour out about ¼ of the beer).
Place the beer can in the chicken holder and sit the chicken on top of the can.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Carefully remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
