Instructions

  2. Melt the butter and pour it into a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the milk to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  6. Evenly distribute the fruit over the batter. Do not stir.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
