Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 25 g unsalted butter
  • to taste Cocoa powder for coating

Instructions 

  1. Chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
  2. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until just boiling.
  3. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute.
  4. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  5. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 1-2 hours until firm.
  6. Scoop small amounts and roll into balls.
  7. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
