Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef brisket
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Rub beef brisket with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Place brisket on the grill and cook for 30 minutes on each side.
Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for an additional 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
