Ingredients 

Crust

  • 200 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 400g
  • 3 bananas sliced

Topping

  • 300 ml heavy cream whipped
  • 1 bar dark chocolate grated, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk until it turns into a thick caramel. Pour over the crust and let it cool.
  3. 3. Slice the bananas and arrange them over the caramel layer.
  4. 4. Whip the cream and spread it over the bananas.
  5. 5. Garnish with grated dark chocolate. Chill before serving.
