A classic dessert made with bananas, rum, and ice cream.

- 4 bananas sliced
- ¼ cup butter unsalted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir until sugar dissolves.
3. Add bananas and cook until they start to soften.
4. Pour in rum and carefully ignite with a long lighter.
5. Cook until flames subside, then serve over ice cream.
