  • 4 Bananas ripe
  • 8 Spring roll wrappers
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
  2. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Roll each banana piece in the sugar mixture.
  4. Wrap each banana piece in a spring roll wrapper, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
