- 4 Bananas ripe
- 8 Spring roll wrappers
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Oil for frying
Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
Roll each banana piece in the sugar mixture.
Wrap each banana piece in a spring roll wrapper, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the spring rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm and enjoy!
