Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Filling
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (8 oz)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Topping
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
- ¼ cup chopped nuts
- 8 units maraschino cherries
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture, followed by the drained crushed pineapple.
Spread whipped cream over the top. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
