Banana Pudding Poke Cake Recipe

- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix prepared as per box instructions
- 2 cups Cold Milk
- 1 box Instant Banana Pudding Mix 5.1 oz box
- 4 Bananas sliced
- 1 container Whipped Topping 8 oz container
- 20 Vanilla Wafers crushed
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the yellow cake mix as per the box instructions and bake in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. Once the cake is baked, let it cool for a few minutes. Then, using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the cake.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cold milk and instant banana pudding mix until smooth. Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
4. Refrigerate the cake for about 2 hours or until the pudding is set.
5. Once set, spread the whipped topping evenly over the cake. Top with sliced bananas and crushed vanilla wafers.
6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
