- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 units Ripe Bananas mashed
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Vanilla Wafers crushed
1. In a blender, combine heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Once churned, fold in the crushed vanilla wafers.
4. Transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
