Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
