- 4 pcs Bananas ripe
- 8 pcs Spring Roll Wrappers
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Oil for frying
Peel and slice bananas in half lengthwise.
Roll each banana slice in brown sugar.
Wrap each sugared banana slice in a spring roll wrapper.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the wrapped bananas until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
