  • 3 Bananas ripe and mashed
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the beaten egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. 5. Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
