Banana Foster Parfait Recipe

- 2 tablespoon Butter
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Dark rum
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Bananas sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Granola
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Stir in the dark rum and vanilla extract.
4. Add the sliced bananas and cook until they are caramelized, about 2-3 minutes.
5. In parfait glasses, layer the Greek yogurt, granola, and caramelized bananas.
6. Repeat the layers and finish with a topping of granola.
