Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Remove crepe from pan and repeat with remaining batter.
Spread Nutella or chocolate spread on each crepe, add banana slices, and fold or roll up.
