Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ½ cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Filling

  • 2 Bananas, sliced
  • ¼ cup Nutella or chocolate spread

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another 1 minute.
  6. Remove crepe from pan and repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Spread Nutella or chocolate spread on each crepe, add banana slices, and fold or roll up.
