Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Melted butter
Filling
- 3 packages Cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Mashed bananas about 2-3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
Pour filling over crust. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until center is set.
Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
