Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
